Flexible Rate Reservations: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee or forfeit the first night's stay.
Non-Refundable Rate Reservations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes. The full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
Special Promotions: Refund policies for special promotions may vary. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
Hotel management rights- The hotel reserves the rights to extend the open booking period subject to situation and conditions if any cancellations occurred prior 07 days of arrival.
Group Reservations- Group reservations (typically more than 20 rooms) are subject to different terms. Please refer to your group booking contract or contact our reservations team for specific details.
No-Show Policy- If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show," and you will be charged for the first nights stay. For non-refundable rate reservations, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Early Departure Policy- If you choose to depart earlier than your scheduled check-out date, a 100% early departure fee will apply, or you will be charged for whole stay booked.
Changes to Reservations- Changes to reservations (such as modifying dates or room types) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our reservations team to discuss specific changes.
Refund Process- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 business days of the cancellation or change. Please note that your bank or Credit Card Company may take additional time to process the refund.
